How to talk to it
Start in your own words. Include only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to know the name of the scam or have every detail ready.
“Someone claiming to be from my bank asked me to move money to protect it. What should I do first?”
“I clicked a link and entered my password. Help me make a safe response plan.”
Useful examples
“Can you help me separate what I know from what I am assuming?”
“What evidence should I save before I block this sender?”
“Help me make a short list of questions for my card issuer.”
Keep the conversation safe
Do not share passwords, PINs, one-time codes, full card or bank numbers, Social Security numbers, recovery phrases, or private keys. The Agent cannot verify a caller’s identity, reverse a payment, or guarantee an outcome.
Public guidance remains available without an account. An account is useful when you want saved conversations, private tools, or continuity between visits.
