What GuardianLight provides

GuardianLight provides public educational content, guided safety steps, links to official reporting and support services, and—when enabled—account-based AI-assisted tools, review workflows, and consent-gated support features.

Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or limited. A label such as “reviewed,” “verified,” or “available” refers to the product’s recorded workflow at the time shown; it is not a guarantee that an outside institution will respond or that information will remain current forever.

Not emergency, legal, financial, or professional advice

GuardianLight is not emergency services, law enforcement, a bank, card issuer, payment provider, insurer, attorney, financial adviser, therapist, or identity-theft recovery company. Information from GuardianLight is general guidance and does not create a professional-client relationship.

Use trusted official channels to verify contact details and decisions. Do not delay emergency help or a time-sensitive call to a financial institution because you are reading or using GuardianLight.

Safe use

• Do not submit passwords, PINs, one-time codes, recovery phrases, full payment numbers, Social Security numbers, private keys, or other authentication secrets.
• Redact personal information from screenshots, documents, and messages before using a review tool.
• Do not use GuardianLight to impersonate another person, contact a suspected scammer, harass someone, evade law enforcement, or make a high-risk decision for someone without their knowledge.
• Do not submit content that you do not have the right or permission to share.
• Keep your account credentials private and report suspected account misuse promptly.

AI-assisted tools

AI Advisor can be wrong. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, mistaken, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not a determination that a message, website, person, or transaction is fraudulent. Check important guidance against trusted official sources and use your own judgment.

Do not rely on an AI response for immediate danger, medical care, legal deadlines, financial authorization, or an emergency. GuardianLight may use deterministic safety language or a limited fallback when an AI provider is unavailable.

Accounts, content, and support

You may use public guidance without an account. Some private tools require an account and may require explicit consent before content is saved or shared with a support workflow. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you submit.

Human support, where offered, is not an emergency service. Volunteers, if available, may respond through a controlled workflow, but GuardianLight does not guarantee an immediate response, availability, or a particular outcome. A request for support does not create a promise of investigation, recovery, representation, or a particular outcome.

Privacy and retention

Our Privacy page explains the information GuardianLight may process, essential cookies, analytics, retention, security limitations, and your choices. By using an account feature, you acknowledge that information is processed as described there and in the relevant screen’s consent notice.

Third-party services and links

GuardianLight may link to government agencies, banks, payment providers, identity resources, or other services. Those services are outside GuardianLight’s control and have their own terms, availability, security, and privacy practices. GuardianLight does not endorse a number or link merely because it appears in a third-party source; verify it independently.

Availability and limitations

The service may contain errors, interruptions, outdated material, or missing features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete coverage of scams, successful fraud recovery, or that every warning will identify a scam.

To the extent permitted by law, GuardianLight and Echoes of Legacy, LLC are not responsible for losses or harm arising from reliance on general information, third-party services, user-submitted content, service interruption, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the service and your location. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If you have a concern about the service, use the support pathways provided on this site before taking formal action.

Contact and reports

For service questions or reports, use the support pathways provided on this site. GuardianLight is a project of Echoes of Legacy, LLC. Do not send passwords, payment details, access codes, or unredacted identity documents by email or through a contact request.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you have had an opportunity to review the changes. We may suspend or end access to protect users, the service, or third parties, or when a feature is retired.
